Bihebari was informally statred in 2018, later on it was recongnized by Nepal goverbment in 2019 as Bihebari Marriage Bureau Pvt Ltd. Our Registration Number is 230030/076/077. At bihebari you can find match on the basis of caste, Education, age, profession and many more.
2. You have to pay Rs 3500 as a registraion charge. Once you are registered you become member and you will sart receiving photos, details and information regarding your match. Also being a member of bihebari you are not supposed to misuse such photos, personal details and other information of members if found so, you shall be penalized as per the legal provisions.
3. At first, Bihebari will send your details and photos to your matched ones and if we get positive response from them we will inform you through WhatApp, Viber, Imo or Phone call itself. Then If both the parties agree then you will be connected to each other.

Registration Charge Rs 3500 will not be Refuded

4. All of us know that behaviour, attidue, emotions, prefernces differ from people to people. There are various type of people in bihebari, one's rejection may be other's acceptance So, there isn't any hard and fast rule for acceptance and rejection.
5. As Result of being pass or fail depends on the students, College and teachers are only medium. similarly, decison of getting married depends on the candidates, Bihebari is just a medium.
6. In order to create conversation evironment between boys and girls bihebari has to exchange photos, details, spend its time and also use various resources. Marriage is Uncertain but Operating cost is certain. That's why we charge Rs 3500 and itcan't be refunded.
7. In Rs 3500 you can talk to 5 possibly candidate. Candidate are counted as 1 only when both parties get connected.
8. Bihebari will contact you only when there is positive response. In case of late response regarding matchmaking you can contact us time to time and know your status.
9. We will save your information in our own database and search for you.
10. You will be notified about your matching after 3 business days of Payment.
11. Once you marriage is fixed both girl and boys each should pay Rs 25000 as a service charge.
12. If a user gets married through Bihebari and attempts to evade communication to avoid payment, thereby blocking Bihebari's attempts to contact them, and fails to respond to messages or calls, Bihebari reserves the right to publicly post the user's name and photo on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, labeling them as fraudulent or deceptive. In such instances, the user forfeits the right to file any legal complaints or take any actions against Bihebari.

1. अहिलेसम्म हामीले ४३ जोडी(Match Making )को विवाह गराई सकेका छौ भने दर्जनौ भन्दा वढी विवाह व्यवस्थापन(Event Management) गराइसकेका छौ । सन् २०१८ मा अनौपचारिक रुपमा र सन् २०१९ देखि नेपाल सरकार उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालय कम्पनी रजिष्टारको कार्यलबाट विहेवारी म्यारीज व्यूरो प्रा.लि.को नामबाट मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थाको रुपमा कसैलाई जात, कसैलाई पढाई, कसैलाई उमेर त कसैलाई स्थान भने कसैलाई Profession जस्ता विभिन्न आधारमा Filter गेरर जीवनसाथी खोज्ने काम विहेवारीले गर्दैआएको छ । विहेवारिको दर्ता नं. २३००३०/०७६/०७७ हो ।
2. विहेवारीमा दर्ता गर्न शुल्क रु ३५००/- लाग्दछ । दर्ता भएपश्चात हजुरहरुले विहेवारीबाट प्राप्त जोडीहरुको नम्बर¸फोटोहरु जस्ता विवरणको दुरुपयोग गर्न/गराउनु हुने छैन । यदी दुरुपयोग गर्नु/गराउनु भएको पाइएमा कानुन बमोजिम सजाय भोग्न तयार हुनुहुनेछ ।
3. सुरुमा विहेवारीद्वारा जोडी मिल्ने व्यक्तिलाई हजुरको विवरण पठाइन्छ र सकारात्मक प्रतिकृया आएपछि हजुरहरुलाई Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook, Imo वा Call नै गरेर Contact गरिन्छ जब दुवै पक्ष एक अर्काको विवरण तथा फोटोमा राजी हुन्छन् तब केटाकेटीलाई Connect गराईन्छ ।

प्रारम्भीक भुक्तानी रु ३५००/- फिर्ता हुदैन । किन फिर्ता हुदैन त?

• विहेवारीको काम भनेको एक अर्काको विवरण, फोटो लगायतका जानकारी ओसारपसार गर्ने र कसरी हुन्छ केटाकेटीहरुवीच कुराकानी गर्ने वातावरण मिलाउने हो । केटालाई मात्र होइन केटीलाई र केटीलाई मात्र होइन केटालाई पनि सबै कुरा चित्तबुझ्नु पर्छ अनि बल्ल कुराकानी हुन्छ तर दुवै पक्षलाई चित्त वुझे पनि नवुझेपनि विहेवारीले भने आफ्नो समय खर्चिनु परीरहेको हुन्छ, जोडी मिलाउन आफ्नो परिश्रम लगाइरहेको हुन्छ, साथै घरभाडा, इन्टरनेट लगायत विभिन्न संचालन खर्च (Operating Cost) पनि लागिरहेको हुन्छ । त्यही समय, कार्यालय खर्चको लागि हामीले ३५०० लिएका हौ र त्यो ३५०० रुपैया फिर्ता हुँदैन ।


4. ३५०० मा हजुरहरुले सम्भावित ५ जना हुनसक्ने जीवनसाथीसँग कुराकानी गर्न पाइन्छ । दोहोरो कुराकानी भएपछि मात्र ५ जनाबाट १ जना गनिने छ ।
5. विहेवारीले ले हजुरहरुलाई सकारात्मक कुरा आएमात्र Contact गर्दछ नत्र कुरा आयो तर मिलेन भन्नलाई आफ्नो र हजुरहरुको समय खेर फाल्दैन । विहेवारीले हजुरहरुलाई ढिला सुस्ती गरेको खण्डमा आफ्नो के कस्तो काम भइरहेको छ भनेर समयसमयमा मेसेज गरेर अपडेड लिन सक्नुहुनेछ ।
6. यदी हजुरहरुको लागि मिल्ने जोडी हाम्रो Database मा नभएको खण्डमा हामी हाम्रो सामाजिक संजाल तथा व्यक्तिगत संजालहरुमार्फत गोप्यतवरले प्रकाशित गरेर पनि हजुहरुको लागि जोडी खोज्ने काम गर्छौ ।
7. Payment गरेको ३ दिनसम्ममा हजुरहरुलाई अपडेट आउँछ ।
8. विहेवारीले दिएको मान्छसँग विहे हुने पक्का भएपछि केटालाई रु २५०००। र केटीलाई पनि रु. २५००० (दुवैजनालाई) सेवा शुल्क लाग्नेछ ।
9. यदि हजुरहरुले बिहेबारीमार्फत विवाह गरेर पैसा तिर्नबाट उम्कनको लागि, सम्पर्क विहीन हुन खोजेमा,बिहेबारीले उनीहरूलाई सम्पर्क गर्ने प्रयासलाई अवरुद्ध गरेमा र सन्देश वा कलहरूको जवाफ नदिएमा विहेभएको मितिले एकहप्तासम्म विहेवारीले कुर्दछ र त्यो समयमा पनि सम्पर्कमा नआएमा बिहेबारीले प्रयोगकर्ताको नाम र फोटो फेसबुक, इन्स्टाग्राम र टिकटक जस्ता सामाजिक संजालहरुमा सार्वजनिक रूपमा पोस्ट गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्छ। यस्तो अवस्थामा प्रयोगकर्ताले बिहेबारीविरुद्ध कुनै पनि कानुनी उजुरी दर्ता गर्न वा कुनै कारबाही गर्ने अधिकार गुमाउँछ ।

दर्ता गरेपश्चात हजुरहरु थप दुईवटा सुविधाहरु प्राप्त गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ ।
